Simple steps to get a covered repair authorized and paid.
1. Take your truck to any licensed shop
Choose any licensed repair facility in the US or Canada. You are never limited to a preferred network.
2. Have the shop call for authorization
Repairs must be authorized before work begins. Failure to obtain prior authorization may result in claim denial.
3. We pay the shop directly
On covered repairs we pay actual cost — full retail for brand new parts including markup, plus diagnostic fees, subject to your contract limits.
Mobile service calls
Reimbursement up to $500.00 per occurrence for reasonable mobile service call charges on covered repairs.
